Emily Rothrock
Studio Owner

Emily Rothrock has a background in classical ballet and was a full-time cycling instructor for several years, but she only truly became healthy when she discovered barre3 in 2014. She found that the emphasis on body wisdom, the basis in physical therapy, the adaptive teaching method were the missing pieces from her fitness practice. Emily became an instructor that same year, and soon decided she was ready to take her barre3 practice to the next level and join a strong network of female wellness entrepreneurs as a studio owner. When she’s not in the studio, Emily loves to cook and bake (especially B3 recipes!) and to explore new restaurants and fitness classes in the Philadelphia area.

Benefits

Barre3 is functional training with a twist. Rooted in three fitness disciplines—ballet barre, pilates and yoga—barre3 workouts will have you feeling strong and balanced inside and out. We’re known for building lean muscles, a strong core, and long-term postural benefits.
