Katie Heaps
Studio Owner

Katie Heaps discovered barre3 as a client at the Denver - Cherry Creek studio in 2012. As a former Division I collegiate tennis player, Katie had been searching for a workout that would keep her challenged, motivated, and fit after her training days were over. What she found in barre3 was so much more than that. She fell in love with the warm and caring community, the holistic approach to health and wellness, and the results that barre3 gave her both before and after her pregnancy. After a decade of working in the medical-device industry and three years of dedicated barre3 practice, Katie decided it was time to turn her fitness passion into her dream job. Her journey started as an instructor at Denver - Cherry Creek, and she is now honored to introduce barre3 to the South Denver community. When she’s not in the studio, you can find Katie cooking with her husband, Adam, spending time with her young daughter, Morgan, and enjoying the beautiful Colorado outdoors.
