Tyler’s first barre3 class was in 2021, a gift from her mom. She was immediately drawn to barre3’s empowering, women-centered approach. After moving to Atlanta, she was craving community and with barre3 she found a lifestyle rooted in mindful movement and purpose.
After years of growing at barre3 East Cobb as a client, instructor, and associate, Tyler stepped into ownership of barre3 Woodstock to create a space where others can feel just as seen and supported. Family and living life simply yet fully are her biggest priorities, so you’ll likely catch her exploring Woodstock with her husband and their pup, Honey.
Whether she has an Alma Coffee seasonal latte in hand or is relaxing at Reformation Brewing, she loves the vibrance of Woodstock. Tyler believes everyone deserves a space rooted in heart and purpose and is honored to bring that vision to the Woodstock community.
