Lisa discovered barre3 while seeking a balanced home workout routine to ground her busy days as a graphic designer. She was immediately drawn to how the class seamlessly integrated strength training, cardio and mindfulness—all within a beautifully curated studio experience. In 2019 Lisa opened her first barre3 studio in Long Island City, Queens. It was a year of new beginnings, both as a business owner and a mother. It was during this time that Lisa truly learned the value of intentional and functional movement; it became the foundation she needed to be the best version of herself for her family. What has made the journey of owning a barre3 studio the most worthwhile is hearing her team and clients describe her studio as their home away from home—a place where they feel seen, supported, and empowered.
