What to Expect

No experience required. Our classes are designed to make everyone feel welcome and get a great workout. Wear yoga-like attire (socks are optional) and bring a water bottle. We supply all props needed. We encourage new clients to arrive 15 minutes early to get a tour and meet your instructor.

Benefits

Our science-backed approach helps clients build strength, restore balance, increase endurance and energy, decrease stress, and rediscover the joy of movement. The transformative power of our workout is more than physical—and it extends far beyond the studio. Barre3 isn’t just about the hour you spend strengthening and balancing your body; it’s also about the empowerment you carry with you into your life.

Lauren Stone
Lauren Stone
Studio Owner

Lauren Stone is the proud owner of barre3 Westfield. She discovered barre3 while teaching elementary school in San Jose, California in 2016 and has been hooked ever since. She loves the unique combination of strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness and that she always feels better after taking class. After having her first daughter, Lauren paused her teaching career to focus on raising her family. Soon after, she became a barre3 instructor, which allowed her to use her passion for teaching to connect with a community that supported and inspired her. Lauren relocated to the East Coast in 2019 after having her second daughter, and she is thrilled to bring barre3 to her community to help people learn to be balanced in body and empowered from within. Lauren lives in Westfield with her husband Darrell and her two daughters.

Pre + Postnatal

Moms-to-be and new moms love barre3. If you’re pregnant or postpartum, consult with your doctor before taking barre3 classes. Please arrive early to class and check in with your instructor, who will provide alternative postures appropriate for pregnant or postpartum clients.
