barre3 St. Louis - Des Peres | Barre Classes on Ballas Road

barre3 St. Louis - Des Peres | Barre Classes on Ballas Road

Just north of the Manchester corridor in West County, barre3 St. Louis - Des Peres sits on North Ballas Road, a short drive from Des Peres Park—the 40-acre green at the city's center, where a lake loop and mile-long walking track circle the historic City Hall and a lawn fills for summer concerts. Pioneer Park and its wooded trails are a few minutes southeast. Stop by before a lap around the lake or an evening concert, or make barre3 part of your routine.

Our barre3 St. Louis - Des Peres studio offers three classes that complement each other across your week. Barre3 Signature blends strength, cardio, and mindfulness into one complete full-body workout, using the barre, core ball, and weights to build strength, increase flexibility, and sharpen balance. B3 Strength is the deeper muscle work—heavier weights and slow, deliberate movement that builds the kind of strength you feel in your everyday life. B3 Mindful Flow uses breath-driven movement to restore your body and build the mobility and ease your body needs to keep up with your life. You'll leave feeling stronger and more capable than when you walked in. Every fitness level is welcome.
