Studio Owner

Kendyl Spentzos

Kendyl found barre3 over 9+ years ago in her hometown of Clarendon Hills, IL, and was immediately hooked by the beat-based classes, full-body workout, and electric energy in the room. What resonated beyond the movement was the community—warm, welcoming, judgment-free, and endlessly modifiable, allowing her to show up and move confidently. She became a studio owner because she wanted barre3 to be her lifestyle, blending her natural strengths as an instructor with her deep belief in the power of fitness, movement is medicine. Through barre3, she developed a healthier appreciation for her body, focusing on strength and balance while still achieving her personal fitness goals. The local community means everything to her—she prioritizes knowing members by name, welcoming new faces openly, and creating a true home away from home. At barre3 South Tampa, she and her team show up with heart and energy, celebrating life’s moments together and giving 110% to a community that shows up for itself, while having a lot of fun along the way.
