Studio owner Jessica States

Studio Owner

Jessica States

Jessica States is the co-owner of barre3 Laguna Niguel and barre3 San Clemente. She discovered barre3 after the birth of her first daughter. Jessica had always been active, running half marathons, spinning, and practicing various types of yoga, but was seeking a new exercise regimen. Her love of barre3 started with a daily online workout right in her living room, and the transformation to her body and mind over the first six months was like nothing she had ever experienced. Previously, Jessica worked full-time as an architectural designer. In her downtime, Jessica enjoys spending time with her two little girls, experimenting with barre3 recipes, and, of course, taking barre3 classes from one of her amazing instructors.

Studio Owner

Nicki Insley

Nicki Insley is the co-owner of barre3 Laguna Niguel and barre3 San Clemente. She grew up playing soccer and stayed active as an adult by running and doing yoga. When her partner Jessica introduced her to barre3, Nicki knew she had finally discovered an exercise that would truly change her body. Previously, Nicki worked for a private investigator investigating workers' compensation claims and auditing school safety. Becoming a studio owner was a big career shift! Nicki, her husband Trevor, and their two kids love spending as much time as they can at the beach. She enjoys baking anything with chocolate and reading everything from Dr. Seuss to John Steinbeck.
