Hi, I am Janelle and I first discovered barre3 when I was looking for a fitness class that was challenging, motivating, and fun. After my first barre3 class I knew I had found something special when I walked out feeling a connection to my mind and body I had never experienced before. I don’t recall what the instructor said or did but I will never forget the feeling I left with. Soon after starting as a client, I knew I wanted to share and help others find that same connection. I began my instructor journey shortly after and have since also become an instructor mentor. Helping others find that connection within themselves and rediscover the joy in movement has been a passion of mine and is what motivates me everyday. Now, eight years later from my first barre3 class, I am so thrilled to become the owner of barre3 San Carlos and to continue to grow, support, and be a part of such an incredible community and team.

barre3 San Carlos | Barre Classes near Laurel Street

Barre3 San Carlos sits on Old County Road, a few blocks from Laurel Street, the walkable downtown behind the city's nickname, the City of Good Living. Independent shops and a year-round Sunday farmers market line the street. Burton Park, the city's oldest park and summer concert venue, is an easy walk, and Big Canyon Park’s hillside trails are a short drive west. Stop in before errands downtown, or make barre3 the anchor of your week.

Our barre3 San Carlos studio offers everything you need for a balanced practice. Barre3 Signature blends strength, cardio, and mindfulness into one complete full-body workout, using the barre, core ball, and weights to build strength, increase flexibility, and sharpen balance. B3 Strength is the deeper muscle work—heavier weights and slow, deliberate movement that builds the kind of strength you feel in your everyday life. B3 Cardio brings the heat—a high-energy, full-body push that leaves you feeling accomplished and clear-headed, not wiped out. B3 Mindful Flow uses breath-driven movement to restore your body and build the mobility and ease your body needs to keep up with your life. You'll leave feeling stronger and more capable than when you walked in. Every fitness level is welcome.
