Annie Aycock

I'm your studio owner, Annie Aycock. I’ve always been passionate about working out — I love a good sweat and the energy that movement brings. But somewhere along the way, I got caught up in the “no pain, no gain” mentality. The harder I pushed, the more worn down I felt. Eventually, it hit me: this wasn’t sustainable. That’s when I found Barre3, while searching online for something different. One online class in, and I knew I had found it: a workout that was challenging and kind to my body, one that left me feeling stronger, not depleted. Right then, I knew I had to bring this to our community. And now, here we are — in a space that welcomes every body, every season of life, and every version of strength. I live in this community with my husband and our three children, and we are so excited to bring Barre 3 to the North Forsyth area. I can't wait to see you in the studio!

barre3 North Forsyth | Barre Classes near Lake Lanier

In the rolling north Georgia countryside that runs down to the shores of Lake Lanier, barre3 North Forsyth sits on Browns Bridge Road in Cumming. The lake's coves and parks are a short drive southeast, several of them right down Browns Bridge Road: Charleston Park has a swimming beach, a boat ramp, and shoreline trails, and Six Mile Creek Park draws kayakers to its quiet coves. Young Deer Creek Park adds a sandy beach and some of the best sunsets on the lake. Stop in before a paddle on the lake, or build barre3 into your week.

Our barre3 North Forsyth studio offers barre3 Signature—the foundational barre3 class that blends strength, cardio, and mindfulness into one complete workout. Using a barre, core ball, and weights, you'll work through targeted holds and full-body movement that builds real strength, increases flexibility, and sharpens balance. You'll leave feeling stronger and more capable than when you walked in. Every fitness level is welcome.
