Play Lounge

What to Expect

No experience required. Our classes are designed to make everyone feel welcome and get a great workout. Wear yoga-like attire (socks are optional) and bring a water bottle. We supply all props needed. We encourage new clients to arrive 15 minutes early to get a tour and meet your instructor.

Play Lounge

It’s easy to fit exercise into your life when you can bring the kids. Minors under 18 years of age are welcome. If minors are on the premises while guardians are in class, you must purchase a play lounge package. Reservations are highly recommended. Please reserve under your name and not your child’s name.

Our science-backed approach helps clients build strength, restore balance, increase endurance and energy, decrease stress, and rediscover the joy of movement. The transformative power of our workout is more than physical—and it extends far beyond the studio. Barre3 isn’t just about the hour you spend strengthening and balancing your body; it’s also about the empowerment you carry with you into your life.

Pace McCamy
Pace McCamy
Studio Owner

Pace McCamy joined the barre3 family as a studio owner in 2011. Born and raised in Knoxville, Pace was excited to bring the barre3 Philosophy to her hometown. As a lifelong athlete and avid fitness fan, Pace was personally transformed by barre3―diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in 2001, barre3 classes were the only physical activity that she was able to continue and offered relief from her disease. She also felt it her mission to bring barre3 to her community in Knoxville providing a place where everyone is welcome to be themselves, grow stronger not only in body, but mind. Shortly after opening the Knoxville studio, Pace joined with Holly Coltea to bring barre3 to Nashville. She now owns three studios across the state. She and her husband, Jeff, work side by side to grow their barre3 studios and raise their four amazing boys.

Holly Coltea

Holly Coltea is a life-long dancer, MBA-graduate, and barre3 Nashville owner alongside Pace McCamy. Through co-owning her two studios in Nashville, TN, Holly has created a local community focus on whole-body health that centers around a balanced fitness and nutrition program. For the majority of her career Holly lived in NYC, where she spent her free time taking dance and cooking classes. She spent fifteen years working in strategic partnerships for a variety of high-end clients. Today, Holly has merged her passion for food, fitness, and business through opening the barre3 Nashville studios with Pace. She and her husband, Gabe, have three little girls who are budding barre3 owners themselves!
