Studio Owner

Kylie Kirbus

Kylie Kirbus is the proud owner of barre3 Myrtle Beach! She discovered barre3 in 2020 when she was struggling to feel at home in her body postpartum and making connections with other people. She immediately fell in love with barre3 after her first studio experience and knew she wanted to be part of this special community. She took the leap and became a certified instructor in 2021. In 2023, Her family relocated to Myrtle Beach and she really missed the safe and supportive fitness community barre3 provides! Knowing how much barre3 has shifted her mindset around fitness, she is excited to welcome YOU to barre3. Previously, she was a teacher in both the general music classroom as well as a Musical Theater Troupe! Outside the studio, you can find Kylie running, relaxing at the beach with her two children and husband Drew, or dining out at one of the many restaurants here in Myrtle Beach!

barre3 Myrtle Beach | Barre Classes at Westlake Common

Barre3 Myrtle Beach offers barre classes in Carolina Forest, just inland from Myrtle Beach and west of the Intracoastal Waterway, with the Grand Strand only a short drive east. The studio is on Village Center Boulevard at Westlake Common, near where Carolina Forest Boulevard meets Village Center Boulevard and River Oaks Drive—which leads to The Hulk, Horry County's seven-mile bike and run park. McLeod Health's Carolina Forest campus is around the corner on International Drive. Come in before errands or after work, or make barre3 the anchor of your week.

Our barre3 Myrtle Beach studio offers three classes that complement each other across your week. Barre3 Signature blends strength, cardio, and mindfulness into one complete full-body workout, using the barre, core ball, and weights to build strength, increase flexibility, and sharpen balance. B3 Strength is the deeper muscle work—heavier weights and slow, deliberate movement that builds the kind of strength you feel in your everyday life. B3 Mindful Flow uses breath-driven movement to restore your body and build the mobility and ease your body needs to keep up with your life. You'll leave feeling stronger and more capable than when you walked in. Every fitness level is welcome.
