Amy Fickell
Hello, I'm Amy Fickell! Originally from Ohio and now residing in Wisconsin, my husband Luke and I have 6 children. My barre3 journey started in 2015 when I took my first class at barre3 Powell. As a physical therapist, barre3 was the one workout I found that aligned with my PT practice principles. Having given birth to my last set of twins, I needed a workout that was safe for my body yet challenging, and provided a warm space for my kiddos while I took class.Thankfully I found barre3 Powell--it was the gift I so desperately needed. In 2017 our family moved to Cincinnati, Ohio where I joined barre3 Mariemont as a client and eventually an instructor. Barre3 Mariemont's community was a saving grace--yet another gift I so desperately needed! 2023 brought about another move for our family, this time to Madison, WI where I also worked as a barre3 instructor. I am so thankful for the barre3 experiences I have had around the country. For the safe mechanics of the actual workout, the welcoming community it provided me in a new town, and the break it gave me as an overwhelmed mom I will be eternally grateful. I'm so excited to share the gift of barre3 with all of Middleton and its surrounding areas!
