No experience required. Our classes are designed to make everyone feel welcome and get a great workout. Wear yoga-like attire (socks are optional) and bring a water bottle. We supply all props needed. We encourage new clients to arrive 15 minutes early to get a tour and meet your instructor.

Play Lounge

It’s easy to fit exercise into your life when you can bring the kids. Minors under 18 years of age are welcome. If minors are on the premises while guardians are in class, you must purchase a play lounge package. Reservations are highly recommended. Please reserve under your name and not your child’s name.

Benefits

Barre3 is functional training with a twist. Rooted in three fitness disciplines—ballet barre, pilates and yoga—barre3 workouts will have you feeling strong and balanced inside and out. We’re known for building lean muscles, a strong core, and long-term postural benefits.

Victoria Bi
Studio Owner

Victoria brings compassion, dedication, and a sense of humor to everything she does. After receiving a diagnosis of Type 1 diabetes in 2015, she was determined to make health and wellness a priority and help members of her community cultivate healthy and balanced lifestyles. Prior to becoming a barre3 studio owner, Victoria worked in the corporate world for 10 years. During that time she was a loyal barre3 client and ultimately decided to make her passion her business. Along with her best friend, Cindy, Victoria joined the barre3 family as an owner. When she’s not in the studio, you can find her spending time with her husband and their 2-year-old son, traveling, or pursuing her second passion—discovering the Bay Area’s best eats!
