Hi, I’m Liz! Before I found barre3, exercise wasn't always a regular part of my life, and I certainly didn't think I was the "studio fitness" type. Walking into barre3 for the first time as a mom of two little ones, feeling very out of shape and out of place, took courage. And it changed everything. Barre3 transformed my relationship with my body and how I show up in daily life. Today, I’m honored to co-own barre3 Happy Valley alongside Tiffany, offering the Happy Valley community a place that is so much more than a workout — an empowering, judgement free space where every body is celebrated. Whether you're brand new or a regular, our doors are always open to welcome you home to yourself.

Hi, I’m Tiffany! I fell in love with barre3 when I was pregnant, injured, and looking for a safe exercise to keep me feeling strong and confident. As a former competitive athlete, fitness has always been a part of my life and essential to my well-being. I connected with the barre3 workout immediately. It felt safe for my pregnancy, great on my injured foot since it was low impact, but still very challenging. After my first couple of classes I not only started craving the workout, but the community. It was unlike any other I had been a part of – inclusive, welcoming and supportive. Since becoming a client in 2015, I haven’t been able to get enough! After becoming a barre3 instructor and mentor at the Felida studio, I had the amazing opportunity to become the owner of barre3 Camas in 2018. The journey just keeps getting sweeter as I get to now partner with one incredible woman, Liz Denfeld, and bring barre3 to Happy Valley. We are beyond excited to open our doors and cannot wait to meet you.

barre3 Happy Valley | Barre Classes on SE 172nd Avenue

Barre3 Happy Valley stands on SE 172nd Avenue on the east side of town, below Mount Hood. A short drive northwest, Scouters Mountain Nature Park climbs through Douglas firs more than a century old—some past 200 years—to a picnic lawn with one of the clearest Mount Hood views around, its trail edged by carved-log benches. Closer in, Happy Valley Station gathers 20-some food carts and the library around one courtyard. Drop in before a hike up Scouters Mountain, or build barre3 into your week.

Our barre3 Happy Valley studio offers everything you need for a balanced practice. Barre3 Signature blends strength, cardio, and mindfulness into one complete full-body workout, using the barre, core ball, and weights to build strength, increase flexibility, and sharpen balance. B3 Strength is the deeper muscle work—heavier weights and slow, deliberate movement that builds the kind of strength you feel in your everyday life. B3 Cardio brings the heat—a high-energy, full-body push that leaves you feeling accomplished and clear-headed, not wiped out. B3 Mindful Flow uses breath-driven movement to restore your body and build the mobility and ease your body needs to keep up with your life. You'll leave feeling stronger and more capable than when you walked in. Every fitness level is welcome.
