Valerie Jahn
Hi, my name is Valerie Jahn. For over 30 years, I dedicated my life to competitive Figure Skating, proudly representing the USA nationally and internationally as an Ice Dancer. After retiring, I found a new passion in coaching and helping students thrive in the sport I love. I also took over my family’s Real Estate business in Ramsey, NJ, where I’ve been leading a team and helping clients find their dream homes. With such a busy life, I was looking for something that could help me focus on my own health while having fun—and that’s when I found barre3 Franklin Lakes. From the very first class, I fell in love with the workouts and felt so welcomed by the incredible community. Now, three years later, I’m thrilled to take on two new roles—as an instructor and the proud new owner of barre3 Franklin Lakes! This studio has meant so much to me, and I’m so excited to build on its amazing foundation. My goal is to create a space where everyone feels strong, balanced, and supported. With my background in athletics and business, I’m here to help every member feel empowered on their own wellness journey. Together with my amazing team, we’re not just a studio—we’re a family. I can’t wait to see you in class and grow together as a community. Let’s make this next chapter an incredible one!
