Studio Owner

Jennifer Chow

Hi there! I'm Jen Chow, the proud owner of barre3 Downtown Indy, barre3 Carmel & barre3 Fishers. My journey began back in 2013 when I stepped into The Barre Code while attending grad school in Chicago. Instantly connecting with the supportive and motivating community, I decided to take a chance and audition to become an instructor. What started as a hobby, quickly became an obsession, and, eventually, a full time career. Fast forward to 2019, and I decided to turn my passion for barre into a reality by opening up two studios in Indy. Since then, we have been welcomed into the Barre3 family and opened a third studio! One of my greatest passions is using movement to support and uplift my community. I truly believe in the transformative power of fitness and strive to make it accessible to everyone. Beyond my studio life, you can find spending time with my husband, Evan, and our two dogs, Kip & Honey.

barre3 Fishers | Barre Classes near the Nickel Plate District

Barre3 Fishers is on 126th Street, a short drive north of the Nickel Plate District, the walkable downtown built along an old rail corridor. The district's amphitheater hosts free summer concerts and a Saturday farmers market, and the Nickel Plate Trail runs where the trains once did, past Cafe Patachou and a cluster of locally owned restaurants and bars that anchor the blocks nearby. A few minutes south, the new Fishers Event Center draws crowds for concerts, hockey, and shows. Come in before a concert on the lawn or a walk on the trail, or make barre3 the anchor of your week.

Our barre3 Fishers studio offers barre3 Signature and b3 Strength—two classes that complement each other across your week. Barre3 Signature blends strength, cardio, and mindfulness into one complete full-body workout, using a barre, core ball, and weights to build strength, increase flexibility, and sharpen balance. B3 Strength is the deeper muscle work—with heavier weights and slow, deliberate movement that builds the kind of strength you feel in your everyday life. You'll leave feeling stronger and more capable than when you walked in. Every fitness level is welcome.
