barre3 Falls Church | Barre Classes on N Washington Street

Barre3 Falls Church shares its North Washington Street building with Cafe Kindred, whose English breakfast draws a weekend crowd. The State Theatre is a short walk south, a 1930s movie house that still runs concerts under its art deco ceiling, with Kaiser Permanente's medical center across the street. Three-quarters of a mile southwest, an arch at Tinner Hill marks the country's first rural NAACP branch, built with stone that thirty neighbors donated from their own homes. The farmers market fills the City Hall lot every Saturday morning, year-round. Come in before the market, or make barre3 the reason you come back every week.

Our barre3 Falls Church studio offers barre3 Signature and b3 Strength—two classes that complement each other across your week. Barre3 Signature blends strength, cardio, and mindfulness into one complete full-body workout, using a barre, core ball, and weights to build strength, increase flexibility, and sharpen balance. B3 Strength is the deeper muscle work—with heavier weights and slow, deliberate movement that builds the kind of strength you feel in your everyday life. You'll leave feeling stronger and more capable than when you walked in. Every fitness level is welcome.
