What to Expect

No experience required. Our classes are designed to make everyone feel welcome and get a great workout. Wear yoga-like attire (socks are optional) and bring a water bottle. We supply all props needed. We encourage new clients to arrive 15 minutes early to get a tour and meet your instructor.

Play Lounge

It’s easy to fit exercise into your life when you can bring the kids. Minors under 18 years of age are welcome. If minors are on the premises while guardians are in class, you must purchase a play lounge package. Reservations are highly recommended. Please reserve under your name and not your child’s name.

Our science-backed approach helps clients build strength, restore balance, increase endurance and energy, decrease stress, and rediscover the joy of movement. The transformative power of our workout is more than physical—and it extends far beyond the studio. Barre3 isn’t just about the hour you spend strengthening and balancing your body; it’s also about the empowerment you carry with you into your life.

Lucy Gardiner
Lucy Gardiner
Studio Owner

Lucy grew up running and playing hockey, so when she came to her first barre3 class in Toronto, she was nervous, to say the least! Little did she know, that first class would change her life. Lucy fell in love with barre3—the workout challenged her, transforming her body in a safe and effective way. Lucy suffers from scoliosis, a curvature in her spine that required spinal fusion surgery when she was fifteen. When she discovered barre3, Lucy learned to move mindfully, adapting as her body needed as she healed from this trauma. She also found a fun, entertaining, and supportive community that kept her coming back for years until she decided to join the B3 family and open her own studio with business partner and close friend, Morgan. Lucy and her husband currently split their time between Minneapolis and Toronto, but they are both Minnesota natives and are thrilled to bring barre3 to their hometown!

Morgan Wolfe

Studio Owner

Morgan learned about barre3 through her longtime friend—and now business partner—Lucy. She started her barre3 journey with the online workouts in her living room and cooking B3 recipes at home. Morgan grew up dancing competitively and teaching fitness classes to support herself and spread her passion for health, wellness, and strength-building through high-energy movement. When she started experiencing knee pain in her twenties, Morgan was drawn to barre3's focus on working smarter and not harder with low-impact workouts that still make you sweat! Morgan and her husband Andy live in South Minneapolis and both grew up in Edina. They are so excited to bring Barre3 to Minnesota!
