Studio Owner

Jen Bobodzhanov

Jen Bobodzhanov knew she wanted to open a barre3 studio after her first class, she’d been a small business owner for over 20 years and was intrigued with the idea of bringing work life balance to her family in a way that REALLY helped people become healthier and happier. Two years later she visited Boise and fell in love with the people and the climate and the lifestyle. Her family left their hometown of 30 plus years to “create a life they would not need a vacation from” which included opening Idaho’s first barre3 studio in Eagle. When she is not in the studio she enjoys hiking, skiing and paddle boarding with her husband Alex and their 4 kids.

barre3 Eagle | Barre Classes on Eagle Road

barre3 Eagle | Barre Classes on Eagle Road

Barre3 Eagle is on South Eagle Road, a few minutes south of downtown Eagle, where Rembrandts pours coffee and serves dinner inside a restored 1890s church among the shops and restaurants on Eagle Road. The Boise River braids into channels around Eagle Island just north, where Eagle Island State Park spreads across the islands between them—swimming ponds, off-leash trails, and big open fields. Guerber Park is nearby, and a spur of the Boise River Greenbelt offers a paved path that follows the river for walking and cycling. Come in before a morning by the river, or work barre3 into your week.

Our barre3 Eagle studio offers three classes that complement each other across your week. Barre3 Signature blends strength, cardio, and mindfulness into one complete full-body workout, using the barre, core ball, and weights to build strength, increase flexibility, and sharpen balance. B3 Strength is the deeper muscle work—heavier weights and slow, deliberate movement that builds the kind of strength you feel in your everyday life. B3 Cardio brings the heat—a high-energy, full-body push that leaves you feeling accomplished and clear-headed, not wiped out. You'll leave feeling stronger and more capable than when you walked in. Every fitness level is welcome.
