Melissa Balser

Hey there! I’m Melissa, the owner of barre3 Westlake. Fitness, movement, and staying active has always been an important part of my life. While the reason for moving my body has evolved and changed over the years, my love for movement has never waivered. When I found The Barre Code in 2019, I was captivated by the empowering community, positivity, and variety of class styles. I was fortunate enough to open my own TBC in 2020 and have loved every step of the journey thus far! As we transition to barre3, we are thrilled to continue our passion for inspiring others through movement, promoting self-empowerment, and supporting our clients mental and physical health and wellness. There is nothing better than seeing our clients gain confidence in themselves and seeing our team and community cheer them on both inside and outside our studio walls! Beyond the studio, you can find my husband and I living vicariously through our children – cheering them on in soccer, football, skiing, dance, or any other number of activities they enjoy! We also have a very spoiled (and drooly) English Mastiff, named Ruby Sue, that makes our lives whole!
