Studio Owner

Alisha Wiater

Alisha took her first barre3 class in 2013 and she was instantly drawn to the challenging workout and warm community. As a regular client, she became committed to the lifestyle supported by barre3 - one of physical activity, nourishment of both body and mind, and connection to an amazing community. She jumped at the opportunity to buy barre3 Bend in 2017, eager to nurture and grow the community. When she's not in the studio, Alisha and her family are likely mountain biking, rock climbing or skiing in their Central Oregon backyard or hitting the road to explore the wider world.

barre3 Bend | Barre Classes in the Old Mill District

Barre3 Bend sits on SW Industrial Way at the edge of the Old Mill District, where two of the world's largest pine sawmills once ran along the Deschutes River until the 1990s. The site is now a riverside stretch of shops and restaurants—REI fills one of the old mill buildings, its three tall smokestacks still marking the skyline. The Deschutes River Trail and Riverbend Park are a short walk west, where a footbridge crosses to the Hayden Homes Amphitheater and its summer concerts. Come in before a walk along the river, or keep barre3 in your weekly rotation.

Our barre3 Bend studio offers everything you need for a balanced practice. Barre3 Signature blends strength, cardio, and mindfulness into one complete full-body workout, using the barre, core ball, and weights to build strength, increase flexibility, and sharpen balance. B3 Strength is the deeper muscle work—heavier weights and slow, deliberate movement that builds the kind of strength you feel in your everyday life. B3 Cardio brings the heat—a high-energy, full-body push that leaves you feeling accomplished and clear-headed, not wiped out. B3 Mindful Flow uses breath-driven movement to restore your body and build the mobility and ease your body needs to keep up with your life. You'll leave feeling stronger and more capable than when you walked in. Every fitness level is welcome.
