Studio Owner

Natasha Robinson

Natasha Robinson first found barre3 in 2009 after moving across the country to Portland, Oregon, where she was drawn in by the warmth, balance, and genuine sense of belonging she felt in the studio. What started as a meaningful personal practice grew into a vision of bringing that same community-centered experience back home to Massachusetts. In January 2017, she opened barre3 Bedford as a space where people could move, connect, and feel supported—together. Natasha feels deeply grateful to lead a community rooted in strength, encouragement, and care. Whether connecting in person or online, she looks forward to welcoming each person into the barre3 Bedford community.

barre3 Bedford | Barre Classes on Great Road

Veterans Memorial Park faces barre3 Bedford from across Great Road, at the center of town. The studio sits a short walk from Bedford Depot Park, where the Minuteman Bikeway ends its ten-mile run from Cambridge and meets the Narrow-Gauge Rail-Trail—the path laid on the bed of the country's first two-foot narrow-gauge railway, an easy ride or walk into the woods toward Billerica. Eva's Little Kitchen, the Syrian bakery known for its garlic croissants, sits just up Great Road. Come in before a morning on the bikeway, or build barre3 into your week.

Our barre3 Bedford studio offers three classes that complement each other across your week. Barre3 Signature blends strength, cardio, and mindfulness into one complete full-body workout, using the barre, core ball, and weights to build strength, increase flexibility, and sharpen balance. B3 Strength is the deeper muscle work—heavier weights and slow, deliberate movement that builds the kind of strength you feel in your everyday life. B3 Cardio brings the heat—a high-energy, full-body push that leaves you feeling accomplished and clear-headed, not wiped out. You'll leave feeling stronger and more capable than when you walked in. Every fitness level is welcome.
