Hello and welcome! I’m Suzy. From the moment I first experienced barre3, I felt energized, welcomed, and couldn’t get enough of the workout! At the time, I was craving both an outlet for movement and a way to find community. barre3 came to me at the perfect moment offering an inclusive, supportive network of wonderful people that I wanted to surround myself with. Before finding barre3, I gained experience in corporate advertising, but found that my passion really lies in supporting women with community care. I’m thrilled to be able to bring my skills and passion into my work with barre3. When I’m not at the studio, I enjoy hiking, spending time with friends, or eating New Mexican food with my husband Josh and our three children.

Our studio blends movement, mindfulness, and connection in a welcoming, light-filled space designed to help you build strength, reduce stress, and feel at home.
- Location: We are conveniently located on Academy Road near the intersection of Academy and Wyoming, next to Einstein Bagels and just minutes from Tanoan, North Domingo Baca Park, and the Paseo del Norte corridor.
- Studio Amenities: Enjoy free parking, complimentary workout equipment, and our signature play lounge for convenient childcare during select classes. We pride ourselves on a warm community atmosphere where all fitness levels are welcome.
