barre3 Bellevue | Barre Classes in Downtown Bellevue

barre3 Bellevue | Barre Classes in Downtown Bellevue

In the middle of downtown, barre3 Bellevue sits on 108th Avenue NE, a short walk from Overlake Medical Center and close enough to fit in a class between shifts. Caffe Ladro pours down the same avenue. A short walk southwest, a half-mile promenade rings the lawn at Bellevue Downtown Park, where a canal drops into the pond and Mount Rainier shows on the skyline on clear days. Keep going downhill and Meydenbauer Bay opens at its marina, just under a mile from the studio. Stop in before a loop around the park, or keep barre3 in your weekly rotation.

Our barre3 Bellevue studio offers everything you need for a balanced practice. Barre3 Signature blends strength, cardio, and mindfulness into one complete full-body workout, using the barre, core ball, and weights to build strength, increase flexibility, and sharpen balance. B3 Strength is the deeper muscle work—heavier weights and slow, deliberate movement that builds the kind of strength you feel in your everyday life. B3 Cardio brings the heat—a high-energy, full-body push that leaves you feeling accomplished and clear-headed, not wiped out. B3 Mindful Flow uses breath-driven movement to restore your body and build the mobility and ease your body needs to keep up with your life. You'll leave feeling stronger and more capable than when you walked in. Every fitness level is welcome.
