Hi team! I'm so excited to be back leading us through this week's workout. I designed this workout to challenge you, but not deplete you. We'll see repetition by design with sumo series and carousel horse flows. We'll get our heart rate up by incorporating a ton of large range, including my favorite, step taps! I encourage you to stay through the end as we seal (not the marine animal) the deal with a spicy plank, and then give our bodies a juicy and rewarding cool down.
