This workout is all about finding freedom and energy in our bodies, so get ready – you are going to sweat! We'll start by firing up our breath and getting our heart rate up with big moves...this will feel SUPER nourishing. We'll then transition to functional training using the band and the weights (we were ALL born athletes, so let's tap into that!).
