I designed this week’s workout with challenging moves to help you focus on the muscles that drive the movement of the body. We'll target our core and heat our lower body with a runner’s lunge to warrior two flow before moving into horse pose. We'll wrap up the class with a hip-opener and a major balance challenge in incline core. Remember to move slowly with intention, I promise you'll still elevate your heart rate and get a great mind-body workout. Let’s do it!
