I designed this workout to move with you this summer, no matter if you’re traveling or on the go. We’ll start by heating things up in sumo squats and side lunges. You’ll push your edge in Power Leg, then majorly work your glutes in Running Man and finish strong with an intense plank. You don’t need any props, no excuses – just press play and lets do this!
