What to Expect

No experience required. Our classes are designed to make everyone feel welcome and get a great workout. Wear yoga-like attire (socks are optional) and bring a water bottle. We supply all props needed. We encourage new clients to arrive 15 minutes early to get a tour and meet your instructor.

Play Lounge

It’s easy to fit exercise into your life when you can bring the kids. Minors under 18 years of age are welcome. If minors are on the premises while guardians are in class, you must purchase a play lounge package. Reservations are highly recommended. Please reserve under your name and not your child’s name.

Barre3 is functional training with a twist. Rooted in three fitness disciplines—ballet barre, pilates and yoga—barre3 workouts will have you feeling strong and balanced inside and out. We’re known for building lean muscles, a strong core, and long-term postural benefits.

Cori Hofmann
Cori Hofmann
Studio Owner

Cori Hofmann is a former public accountant and financial analyst that always had a passion for health and wellness. Also a certified health coach, Cori found barre3 first as a client in 2012, then became an instructor in 2017 and is now fulfilling her dream of owning a studio. She has lived in Portland, Seattle, San Francisco Bay Area, Austin and now Cedar Park. Throughout her career and many moves, barre3 was always her constant source of joy, exercise, and community; providing not only a sweaty workout but a release from the workplace stressors. She even introduced her husband and fellow owner, Adam to barre3! Cori's vision is to provide exercise and a deep sense of connection to her community. Outside of the studio, Cori can be found spending time with her husband Adam, and their pup Nibs exploring Cedar Park.

Adam Hofmann
Adam Hofmann
Studio Owner

Adam Hofmann is an entrepreneur, marketing executive, husband, puppy dad, and sports enthusiast. He found barre3 in 2015 when his wife, and now studio co-owner, Cori, introduced him to his first class. He loves the balance and community barre3 brings to all aspects of his life. As he watched Cori's passion for barre3 grow and experienced the benefits personally, he knew opening a studio was in their future. When he's not at the studio, you can find Adam building companies that will make the world a better place, snuggling with their pup, playing hockey or golf, taking photos, and traveling.

Pre + Postnatal

Moms-to-be and new moms love barre3. If you’re pregnant or postpartum, consult with your doctor before taking barre3 classes. Please arrive early to class and check in with your instructor, who will provide alternative postures appropriate for pregnant or postpartum clients.
