I started with two barre3 Online workouts a week. Before long I was breaking out barre3 moves in the kitchen! Within 4 months, I lost over 50 pounds and many inches off my arms, waist, and thighs.
For years, I struggled with chronic back pain and was in a pretty bad place. I started barre3 and began to gain strength and confidence. I learned how to tell the negative voice in my head telling me ’I can’t’ to shut up.
Unlike every quick-fix diet or 30-day-workout I tried, barre3 isn’t about depriving myself to reach a goal and then quitting when I ‘succeed’. It's a lifestyle and something I actually enjoy working at every day.
