Lisa Pantaleo
Studio Owner

Lisa Pantaleo opened the barre3 Long Island City studio after discovering barre3 on Instagram while looking for a new workout routine that wouldn’t leave her feeling depleted throughout the day. At the time, Lisa was working as a senior graphic designer in New York City and began doing the b3 online workouts each morning. She quickly fell in love with barre3's alternate approach to fitness. Lisa was born and raised in Queens, New York where she currently lives with her husband and studio co-owner Luke. In her path towards a more holistic lifestyle, she continues to connect with barre3’s focus on whole-body health, something she’s truly passionate about sharing with the LIC community.
