Caroline Harris is a lifelong athlete with a passion for health and wellness. She discovered barre3 while living in Austin, Texas. After two years as an instructor, she had an opportunity to move back to Kansas City with her husband and their daughters and knew she had to bring the first barre3 to her community there. As a former real-estate agent, Caroline is passionate about connecting with others and always seeks to understand her clients' needs. Her mission is to help others embrace fitness, balance, and whole-body health! When not at barre3, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants, and watching live entertainment.

Location Info

Located in the Brookside Shopping Plaza on the north side of 63rd Street, between Brookside Blvd. and Main Street. There is plenty of street parking and ample parking behind the studio.

Services + Amenities

Barre3 Kansas City Brookside is a beautiful space, with a changing room that includes lockers, showers, and toiletries. For your class needs, the studio has towel service and purified water.






What to Expect

No experience required. Our classes are designed to make everyone feel welcome and get a great workout. Wear yoga-like attire (socks are optional) and bring a water bottle. We supply all props needed. We encourage new clients to arrive 15 minutes early to get a tour and meet your instructor.

Barre3 is functional training with a twist. Rooted in three fitness disciplines—ballet barre, pilates and yoga—barre3 workouts will have you feeling strong and balanced inside and out. We’re known for building lean muscles, a strong core, and long-term postural benefits.
