Britney Palmer—a Texas girl born and raised—brings her southern charm to Colorado. She discovered barre3 in Oklahoma City and knew instantly that she wanted to be an instructor, leading to the opening of her own studio. Britney has taught indoor cycling and other group fitness formats for more than ten years and loves connecting with her members. Her husband’s job transferred them to Colorado during the summer of 2016, and since then they've had a blast settling down and opening the Highlands Ranch studio. Alongside her husband Chris and their Golden Retriever Cody, Britney has embraced a stronger, happier, and more balanced life. Britney is eager to connect with you at barre3 Highlands Ranch.

Location Info

The studio is located at Central Park in Highlands Ranch, just East on Lucent Boulevard between Plaza Drive and Town Center Drive. Located in a new development, you’ll find great parking and easy access to C-470.

Services + Amenities

Barre3 Highlands Ranch is a brand new space in Central Park. We have lockers, a changing room, child care, and toiletries. For your class needs, the studio has towel service and purified water.




Play Lounge

What to Expect

No experience required. Our classes are designed to make everyone feel welcome and get a great workout. Wear yoga-like attire (socks are optional) and bring a water bottle. We supply all props needed. We encourage new clients to arrive 15 minutes early to get a tour and meet your instructor.

Barre3 is functional training with a twist. Rooted in three fitness disciplines—ballet barre, pilates and yoga—barre3 workouts will have you feeling strong and balanced inside and out. We’re known for building lean muscles, a strong core, and long-term postural benefits.
