Loved this workout, very thorough. I even added the little 'plyometric' move mentioned by Sadie during sumo wrestler. Hopefully, one of these days I will be able to do the full chaturanga move...

This workout was super energizing! I especially loved all of the plank exercises/segments; and there was a perfect mix of challenging moves (both standing/balancing work and floor work) and more restorative yoga/stretch moves at the end. I did this workout as part of the January barre3 challenge, and will definitely repeat this routine!
