Ballet Boot Camp
I'd never done the swimming movement in my studio classes before. Odd feeling, but kind of cool. I like the adjusted ballet moves. Very nice.
This workout is one that addresses the entire body and the time goes by so fast! Love it!

This one is so straightforward and effective. It's almost no frills in some ways. Candace has a great quick pace from start to finish. I do this one when I don't have a lot of time but really want to target the whole body.
